Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To apply for a return confirmation, please email us at info@sunraysiaprune.com.au.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and we need to first confirm in writing that we can accept your return.
  • If your return is accepted in terms of our return and exchanges policy, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Kindly note that all returns, other than in the case of a damaged product, are subject to a handling fee of $14.95 and the shipping cost of the return item/s will be for your own account.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items sent back to us without first applying for the return and us confirming that your items qualifies for a return will not be accepted.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened and/or accept a return or offer a refund where you have subscribed for a product and have cancelled your subscription less than 72 hours before your subscription renewal date.  In this case, your subscription will be cancelled with effect from the next subscription date so that you are no longer billed for the subscription you signed up for.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would really appreciate it if you could please include photos of damage in your email to at info@sunraysiaprune.com.au.

EXCHANGES

If for whatever reason you aren't happy with your order we always ask if you’d like to purchase something else. This is subject to stock being available.

REFUNDS

If you decide you'd prefer a refund and your item qualifies for a return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, less the applicable handling fee for the return.To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, and returned to us in terms of the returns policy above. No refunds apply for subscriptions unless a product received as part of a subscription plan has been damaged and qualifies for an identical replacement product. We do not offer refunds where third party shipping providers experience delays in shipping products to you - such as during peak periods or in areas that may be affected by events including but not limited to flooding. Where you qualify for a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us atinfo@sunraysiaprune.com.au.
